Wire Rope Socketing Training

This two-day LEEA-accredited course provides participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to carry out steel wire rope resin socketing to industry standards. Combining classroom-based theory with hands-on training, the course is enriched by real-world experience shared by our own team of specialist wire rope technicians. Training participants will learn correct preparation, application, and curing procedures, alongside essential safety and inspection techniques to ensure reliable, compliant terminations.

Each participant must pass a theory assessment to demonstrate a solid understanding of the course content.
Additionally, each course participant must demonstrate their ability to correctly follow the Wirelock Socketing Procedure to complete a wire rope socket termination to the required standard.

Arrival Time: Course participants should arrive at 8.45am prompt.
